<blockquote><b>Spokesperson of House of Representatives, Hon. Kalu who is the member representing Bende Federal Constituency of Abia State while maintaining that the issue of human right is at the forefront of the legislative agenda of the 9th National Assembly, said the legislature is committed to securing the country's respect in the comity of nations through protection of human rights.<br><br>According to Hon.
