Ohanaeze Ndigbo decries back log of teachers' salaries by some South East Govs

The apex Igbo socio-cultural group, Ohanaeze Ndigbo, has lauded the Federal Government for the new salary structure for teachers, noting that their reward should no longer be in heaven.
