VILLA BOSS WANTS RUTHLESS' PERFORMANCE AGAINST NORWICH

ASTON VILLA manager Alex McLeish, has called on his side to be more ruthless in front of goal this weekend when they take on a confident Norwich City.Those looKing at bookmaker free bets note now Villa have had an up and down campaign so far. They have only lost twice, but they find themselves down in 9th position having drawn six of their ten games so far.McLeish is confident that his team are getting there though, highlighting the performance against Sunderland last time out as the best since he arrived at the club, despite being held to a 2-2 draw.Speaking ahead of tomorrow's match, the Scotsman said: "I am a bit frustrated. I think we should be four points better off, at least."That's down to that ruthlessness and mental toughness to see things through ana get that strength to go over the line in certain moments."I think there have been a lot of good performances collectively and individually. Last weekend was as good as I have seen us this season."I am pleased with the improvement in the squad and the group. But I do believe some can improve even further. I want the guys to have a real winning mentality. I want them to go to the end every game, every week."We also want to attack teams but it's not a compromise between attack and defend. There has been a 50-50 measure. We want to be equally good defensively. "Teams that don't lose goals are normally the teams that triumph in the end."
