Keshi leads Eagles against Botswana on SuperSport

Stephen Keshi will begin his first assignment as the Super Eagles coach on Saturday as he leads the team against the Zebra of Botswana in a friendly to be broadcast live on SuperSport.It will be Nigerias first encounter with Botswana who have been on a surprising rise in African football. The Zebras should not be taken lightly having taken down ferocious birds of prey like Tunisias Carthage Eagles and Togos Sparrow Hawks on their way to their first Africa Cup of Nations finals, qualifying ahead of every other team.Three days later on Tuesday, Keshi will plot the downfall of the Chipolopolo of Zambia. The match, which is live on DStvs SuperSport 4 from 4:30pm should evoke pleasant memories for him, for it was against the Zambians 17 years ago that he led Nigeria to their second African title.
