Tribunal reserves ruling in PDP, Okorocha petition

THE Governorship Elections Petitions Tribunal sitting in Owerri, the Imo State capital has reserved judgment for a yet-to-be fixed date in the governorship case between the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Governor Rochas Anayo Okorocha, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), and others.Chairman of the tribunal, Justice E. N. Kpojime, stated this on Wednesday after the adoption of addresses from the counsel to the parties.Kpojime, leading two other justices after listening to the parties simply said: 'Hearing notices shall be issued and served on the parties for judgment.
