What citizens need do on the other hand is to ensure there are laws in place to take care of our interest; the roads should be put in the best condition and where accidents happen as a result of bad roads, government should be made to pay compensation to the people involved. If government gives us conditions for a certain issue, we give ours instead of heating up the polity. We are government and the people at the same time.
