UACN supports Quadrangular Games

UACN Nigeria Plc has thrown its weight behind the 21st edition of the Quadrangular Games, an annual tournament involving four foremost family clubs in Lagos. The clubs are Ikoyi Club 1938, Lagos Lawn Tennis Club, Apapa Club and the hosts, Lagos Country Club.UACN, which is coming in as Gold sponsor of the 10-day games, is again demonstrating its commitment to the growth of recreational sports and family bonding in Nigeria.The company recently bankrolled the UAC Trophy Race for the second year in a row. The sailing competition was organised by the Lagos Yacht Club to encourage the growth of the sport in Nigeria and engender better quality of life.The Chairman, Planning Committee of the games, Akin Soyoye, said that several other companies had identified with the championship and would be offered all the benefits accruable to their categories.Soyoye said arrangement had been concluded for the games which will run from November 25 to December 4.
