FBN Capital hosts maiden investor conference in Lagos

FBN Capital, the Investment Banking and Asset Management business of First Bank Group will host its maiden Investor Conference from November 28 - 30 at the Eko Hotel in Lagos, Nigeria.The conference is a yearly event designed to facilitate the development of innovative partnerships and strategies for maximising investment opportunities in Nigeria.Themed 'From BRICS to BRINCS ' A Real Conversation', the conference seeks to address investment opportunities in the fast changing Nigerian Economy as well as provide a forum for international investors to interact with policymakers, regulators and Nigerian business leaders with a view to capitalising on the nation's multi-sectorial investment prospects.The keynote speakers over the three days conference period are the Coordinating Minister for the Economy, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Minister of Petroleum Resources Mrs. Diezani Alison-Madueke, Minister for Trade and Investment, Dr. Olusegun Aganga, Minister of Power Prof. Barth Nnaji, Minister of Agriculture, Dr. Akinwunmi Adesina, and the AMCON CEO, Mustafa Chike-Obi, with a dinner hosted by the CBN Governor, Mallam Sanusi Lamido Sanusi.According to the MD/CEO FBN Capital, Mr. Osaze Osifo, the conference would showcase prospects for growth in different sectors of the nation's economy; a development, he said represented opportunities for good return on investments for existing and prospective investors.
