Firm plans online property publication

A LAGOS-BASED firm, SquareFoothybrid Limited, has announced plans to launch a virtual real estate magazine, which aims at using the multi media approach to create an avenue to access the quality of work in the real estate industry.The new publication, SquareFoot Magazine, will feature print, mobile and online in the following divisions: Squarefoot Project Report, Squarefoot Listings, Squarefoot Mobile and Squarefoot Online.The magazine, according to the company's Chief executive Officer, Mr. Chijoke Eze will be launched in January next year, and will provide in-depth analyses of the processes, procedures and policies governing the several facets of this Sector by bringing together, at various times, teams of experts that will regularly analyse new and ongoing real estate activities.Eze at a media chat last week revealed that the new technique will be delivered via property listings, related classified adverts, list of ongoing or proposed Real Estate projects, adverts by both local and international practitioners, employment details for artisans and menial job seekers and cost of building materials in the real estate market.Chief Marketing Officer Squarefoothybrid Limited, Mr. Gbolahan Ibiwoye explained that SquareFoot Listings would be the most precise property listing and classified newspaper to date. As it would have details of listings to the simplest expression by arranging the contents according to location and property type and will serve as the pullout for the SquareFoot Project Report publication.
