Trouble looms for Mikel

STEPHEN Keshi is watching if midfieder John Obi Mikel will be picked by Chelsea in Sunday's Barclays English Premiership match against Liverpool.Mikel got Keshi's permission to stay out of Nigeria's friendly games against Botswana and Zambia as the midfielder complained of back pain.However, when told that Mikel may be picked by Chelsea this weekend against Liverpool, Keshi replied: ''That will be too bad. People know my side to this issue, this country is bigger than any other individual, we played the friendlies with shortage of midfielders because players like Mikel were not available, so I will be disappointed if his back injury heals so quickly just to play for Chelsea.''Keshi though did not say what his reaction would be, he told journalists that he would provide a healthy competition in the team to ensure all invited players stay focused.He described players' attitude as great in the sessions he has had with them.''I really cherish being among them, they are really fantastic
