Fijabi builds toilet for community

A member of the House of Representatives representing Ibadan North/South West Federal Constituency, Honourable Saheed Akinade-Fijabi, has donated a public toilet to the people of his community.The toilet was constructed in the premises of Oyo State Library Board, Dugbe, Ibadan for the use of the public.Fijabi said it was a thing of the honour to identify with his people because they gave him the mandate to be in government."There is need to identify with our people, they cast their votes for us. Two months ago, we all witnessed an outbreak of disease (Cholerra) that killed some of youngers ones, but by donating this toilet, I think it can put an end to such diseases."The main problem in Oyo State is on health and education but I'm moltivate to build a toilet and create employment for the people that will take care of it. This is just the beginning of what we promised.'Meanwhile, a member of the Library Board, Mr. Emmanuel Akinsoji, said the gesture was a wonderful experience which portrayed Fijabi as a true leader.''In less than six months, see what Fijabi has done, we've not seen this kind of project in the past' Olaniran said.
