Chief Tunde Odofin, 3 Bayo Street, Akute, Ogun State, +2348103113: Media reports revealed recently that N10.9bn was issued to Mrs. Elizabeth Ebis company following an "oral agreement" she reached with Francis Atuche, the former Managing Director of Bank PHB, when her company was dropped as an issuing house in the 2005 public offer of the bank.It is quite revealing how the rich make their money in Nigeria. Ironically, even with ones mum as a collateral, it is very difficult for a small scale business or petty trader to get a N100,000 loan from the banks. And they preach hard work!
