Oba-Oke holds town's day

All is now set for the 17th Annual Oba-Oke day celebrations that will be hold today at St. Peters Primary School, Oba-Oke, Olorunda Local Government area of Osun State.While speaking with Community News, the Oloba of Oba-Oke, Oba Adam Iyiola Bamidele Yusuf-Bakare Esutola 11, stated that N500 million appeal fund would be launched towards the development of community projects.According to the traditional ruler, the Governor, Mr Rauf Aregbesola is expected to be the special guest of honour while his wife, Serifat, is the mother of the Day.Among other top dignitaries expected at the event is, a member of the Federal House of Representatives, representing, Osogbo, Olorunda, Orolu and Irepodun federal constituency, Hon Lasun Yusuf.
