Darrin Camilleri, a Democrat from Dearborn, Michigan, who represents Brownstown in the legislature, tweeted about the incident on Friday morning.</p><p>Making a joke about being featured on ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" for his questioning of Giuliani, Camilleri said the fart was real.</p><div><blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en" data-cards="" data-conversation=""><p lang="en" dir="ltr">I can tell you that making a cameo on <a href="https://twitter.com/jimmykimmel'ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">@jimmykimmel</a> for questioning Rudy Giuliani during an evidence-free hearing and startling him so much that he farted definitely wasnt on my 2020 bingo card </p> Darrin Camilleri (@darrincamilleri) <a href="https://twitter.com/mims/statuses/1334854153613565955'ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">December 4, 2020</a></blockquote><script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script></div><p>Camilleri, who did not immediately respond to Insider's request for comment, was pressing Giuliani during the hearing over a lack of evidence to back up his election fraud claims.</p><p>Giuliani also did not respond to Insider's request for comment.</p><p>At one point, the lawmaker mocked Giuliani over his infamous press conference at the Four Seasons Landscaping parking lot in Philadelphia.</p><p>"This is not Four Seasons Landscaping, this is the Michigan State Legislature," Camilleri told Giuliani.</p><p>At another point, Camilleri brought up Giuliani <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/trump-discussed-pardons-for-his-children-giuliani-with-advisors-nyt-2020-12">reportedly seeking a pardon from Trump</a>, and Giuliani appeared to fart right after asking that the committee chair punish the lawmaker for his comments.</p><div><blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en" data-cards="" data-conversation=""><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Trump's attorney Rudy Giuliani appears to fart twice<br><br>The reflex of Jenna Ellis sitting next to Giuliani to the second fart confirms it's real.<br>For anyone wondering - I checked two different camera angles on two different videos.
