The service continues to add regular social media features, and Stories is a recent example.</p><p>Modeled after <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/category/instagram-stories" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Instagram Stories</a>, it's a way to combine photos, videos, text, and stickers into a casual post that disappears after 24 hours. But before you feel safe posting just anything as a story, remember that any LinkedIn user can take a screenshot of your story, essentially making a permanent record of it.</p><h2><strong>What you need to know about LinkedIn Stories notifying you of screenshots</strong></h2><p>Will you be notified if someone takes a screenshot of your LinkedIn story' Unfortunately, no. That is to say, Twitter does nothing as well, not notifying the owner if a fleet is captured. The same is true of Instagram, which doesn't notify owners if someone screenshots a Story.
