Roy Blunt told Politico.</p><p>The ad-hoc sleeping arrangements put troops in close contact with moving cars and exhaust fumes, soldiers told <a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/2021/01/21/national-guard-senate-garage/">The Washington Post</a>.</p><p>It also increased the risk of catching COVID-19.
