Unilever backed customer service startup Limitless in a $10 million funding round after seeing this pitch deck

Founded in 2016, London-based Limitless uses AI to help clients lay out and address their customer service needs, including everything from rising costs to fluctuations in demand. Customers include the likes of Ebay and Microsoft, as well as the Daily Mail.&nbsp;</p><p>Aside from Unilever, Limitless' latest round of investment was led by cloud computing leader Genesys, which has now come on board as the firm's lead technology partner.&nbsp;</p><p>"The Genesys investment and partnership marks a significant achievement for Limitless as we continue to expand globally," said Limitless CEO Roger Beadle.</p><p>Insider got an exclusive look at the pitch deck Limitless used to bring investors on board.
