The odd tale of $1.6 million SSC Tuatara supercar that was the world's fastest car, wasn't, then was again

But when the internet calls BS on that recordand the car has to try again, twice, then you<em> really</em> sit up and pay attention.</p><p>This is the saga of <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/worlds-fastest-production-car-16-million-316-mph-ssc-tuatara-2020-10">the $1.6 million Tuatara supercar from boutique automaker SSC North America</a>.
