For instance, Metro Public Relations, an agency based in Los Angeles and New York, represents internet celebrities like David Dobrik, who has about <a href="https://www.tiktok.com/@daviddobrik'lang=en">26 million</a> TikTok followers and over <a href="https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCmh5gdwCx6lN7gEC20leNVA">18 million</a> YouTube subscribers.</p><p>Metro PR helped Dobrik with one of his latest stunts: giving away five free Teslas in an effort to <a href="https://www.forbes.com/sites/abrambrown/2020/10/07/david-dobriks-tesla-giveaway-was-probably-one-of-the-largest-us-voter-registration-drives-ever/">register voters in 2020</a>. Behind the scenes of this campaign was his publicist, <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/top-pr-agents-publicists-for-influencers-youtube-instagram-creators-2020-2#metro-pr-megan-smith-7">Megan Smith</a>.
