Advice on handover of ESN to SEast Govs stupid, IPOB blasts Uwazuruike

Published by The Nation on Wed, 03 Mar 2021

By Emma Elekwa, OnitshaThe proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has described as stupid advice by leader of the Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB), Raphael Uwazuruike, urging it to hand over its Eastern Security Network (ESN) to southeast Governors to manage. In a statement issued by the Media and Publicity Secretary, Emma Powerful, the group said IPOB and its leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu were capable of managing ESN to pursue its mandate. It noted that Uwazuruikes intention was to turn the security outfit into another Eastern region version of the heavily politicized and now toothless security outfit formed in other regions. It challenged the MASSOB leader to form his own security outfit and hand over to the South East and South-South governors, insisting that it would be impossible for IPOB to be bought or sold to the highest bidder. The statement read, The attention of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has been drawn to the statement credited to the hotelier who has been parading himself as the leader of MASSOB /BIM, Chief Raphael Elebeanya Uwazuruike, that God-ordained Eastern Security Network, ESN, security outfit established by our liberator Mazi Nnamdi Kanu should be handed over to his co-traitors like southeast Governors to manage.READ ALSO:IGP to Igbo leaders: caution IPOB, Eastern Security NetworkHow on earth did the Uwazuruike think that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu should handover the heavenly ordained ESN to the slaves installed by the Caliphate in different Government Houses in Biafraland'His intention of making such suggestion is to turn ESN into another Eastern region version of the heavily politicized and now toothless security outfit formed in other regions. IPOB cannot fall for their trap! We, therefore, challenge Uwazuruike to form his own security outfit and hand over to the South East and South-South governors. IPOB and its leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu are capable of managing ESN to pursue its mandate. This same individual that openly condemned the launch of ESN earlier is today clamoring to be identified with it. How times have changed! We IPOB have come with an unshakeable resolve to liberate our people from Nigeria. The mistake Uwazuruike and his likes made with our collective future is what IPOB and Nnamdi Kanu are fighting ever so hard to correct today.
