Rainstorm destroys 100 houses in Plateau

A heavy rainstorm, early Thursday morning destroyed more than 100 houses in Jos North and Jos South local government areas of Plateau State. Residents reported that the rainstorm, which began around 1a.m, lasted for about three hours and was accompanied by strong winds that blew off the rooftops of several houses, leaving many families homeless.
