EFCC operative commits suicide

From Matthew Ogune from An operative of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) took his own life on Monday at his residence in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). The Guardian source described the deceased, a member of Course 5, as diligent, efficient and unassuming. The source added that the commission is exploring possible factors, including mental health and family challenges, that may have contributed to the operatives depression and tragic decision.
