Court fixes July 22 for definite hearing on Delta divorce suit

The Asaba Customary District court, yesterday, fixed July 22, for definite hearing in a divorce suit instituted by one Mrs Uche MaryRose Ezenyili for the dissolution of her marriage. President of the court, V. Rapu, who adjourned the matter, urged the parties to be in court on July 22, without fail. The adjournment was followed a written application earlier submitted to the court by counsel to the respondent, Ariomaghwa Medjor.
