Police disperse protesters with teargas in Rivers

The protesters who said their agitations was against against the hardship, abuse of the Cybercrime Act, and sack of the governor of Rivers State had early in the morning gathered at the Boro Park, Port Harcourt. However, trouble started when police operatives at the venue asked the protestors to relocate. The protesters protest the order as they insisted that they had informed the police command of their plan stage the demonstration in a letter dated April 3, 2025.
