Every day, I see people rushing out by 5AM, struggling through traffic, working long hours, and still barely surviving by the end of the month.<br><br>Some are job hunting endlesslysubmitting CVs like lottery ticketsyet no response, no opportunities.<br><br>Those who are lucky to get a job are being paid 40k to 70k monthly, with responsibilities that drain their health and peace of mind.<br><br>This wasnt the plan.<br><br>We were told: Go to school, get good grades, and everything will fall into place. But now, many of us are waking up to the harsh reality that the system is brokenand no one is coming to fix it for us.<br><br>What hurts more is that a lot of people are silently struggling. Smiling at work. Dressed up every day. But deep down, they are tired, burnt out, and unsure of the next move.<br><br>The truth is: waiting on Nigeria alone is no longer a survival plan.<br><br>Im not here to motivate or sell anything. Im just sayingif youve been feeling stuck, confused, or underpaid youre not alone.<br><br>I had to start looking for alternative ways to earn something decent on the side. Quietly. No noise.
