Moses Alis candidacy. He warned that he will file a public interest petition at the High Court if the Electoral Commission proceeds to nominate the aging politician for the Adjumani West parliamentary seat in the upcoming 2026 general elections.<br><br>Speaking in an exclusive interview with The Nile Post, Kakwenza expressed serious concern about Gen. Alis health, citing signs of cognitive decline and mental disorientation.
