You know, there's a whole theory behind that," Trump said with a chuckle. "We won't get into that."</p><p>Trump did say once again that <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/trump-will-run-for-president-in-2024-if-healthy-politico-2021-5">he's looking at running for president again in 2024</a>.</p><p>The 2022 theory began with a right-wing talk radio host who speculated that Trump could run in a safe district and become House Speaker if the GOP were to flip the majority in the 2022 midterms.</p><p>Theoretically, anyone could become speaker because the Constitution does not explicitly limit it to sitting members of Congress.</p><p>"Then you become the Speaker of the House, lead the impeachment of Biden and start criminal investigations against Biden. "I won the election, but they cheated," he said.</p><p>He also voiced a baseless conspiracy theory against Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, accusing him of using "phony lock boxes" containing 90% of "Biden votes."
