Hannaford will replace current COO <strong>James Walker</strong>, who will be deputy chief executive officer for the bank's US holding company.</li><li>A handful of bankers and traders have departed <strong>Credit Suisse</strong> recently:<ul><li>Two equities managing directors, <strong>Bill Bors</strong> and <strong>Jason Vickery</strong>, have resigned from the bank's global stock-trading business, <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/2-more-credit-suisse-equities-md-leaving-sales-trading-barclays-2021-7">Insider reported Tuesday</a>. Bors, who had been a senior sales trader, is moving to <strong>Barclays</strong>, while Vickery, who ran international program trading, will join <strong>Mizuho</strong>.</li><li><strong>Matt Walsh</strong>, who joined Credit Suisse in 2017 and was most recently co-head of technology ECM, is moving to <strong>SVB Leerink</strong>, <a href="https://news.bloomberglaw.com/mergers-and-acquisitions/svb-leerink-is-said-to-hire-walsh-to-head-equity-capital-markets'context=search&amp;index=7">Bloomberg Law reported last week</a>. Walsh will be the head of equity capital markets for investment banking.</li><li>Co-head of media and telecom team <strong>Eric Federman</strong> is joining <strong>Barclays</strong>; co-head of global industrial team <strong>Spyros Svoronos</strong> is joining <strong>Lazard</strong>; head of global energy <strong>Brian McCabe</strong> is joining <strong>JPMorgan</strong>; and <strong>Brad David</strong> is joining <strong>Evercore</strong>, <a href="https://www.wsj.com/articles/more-credit-suisse-senior-bankers-depart-in-wake-of-archegos-loss-11625587510">the Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday</a>.</li><li>Financial institutions group director <strong>Samie Zare</strong> and vice president <strong>Rinki Melwani</strong> are moving to <strong>Jefferies</strong>, <a href="https://www.fnlondon.com/articles/jefferies-hires-six-credit-suisse-dealmakers-amid-archegos-fallout-20210707">Financial News reported Wednesday</a>.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Credit Suisse</strong> hired <strong>Kyle Berry</strong> as a managing director in the global industrial group, <a href="https://www.reuters.com/business/finance/moves-credit-suisse-poaches-morgan-stanley-banker-global-industrials-group-memo-2021-07-06/">Reuters reported Tuesday</a>. Berry, who starts on July 19 and is joining the firm from <strong>Morgan Stanley</strong>, will be based in London and report to industrials and energy EMEA co-heads <strong>Gregory Dalle</strong> and <strong>Pierre Lescastereyres.</strong></li><li><strong>Jeffrey Stammen&nbsp;</strong>is leaving <strong>Barings</strong>, where he was regional sales head of North American institutional distribution, to join private debt manager <strong>Antares Capital</strong> as head of investor coverage in their asset management division, according to a press release.</li><li><strong>Evercore Wealth Management</strong> announced on Thursday that it appointed <strong>Justin Miller</strong> as partner and national director of wealth planning, which a bank spokesperson confirmed is a newly created position. Miller, who will be based in San Francisco, joins Evercore from <strong>BNY Mellon Wealth Management</strong>, where he worked as a national wealth strategist.</li><li><strong>Wells Fargo</strong> poached <strong>JPMorgan Chase</strong>'s global head of talent development and total rewards, <strong>Bei Ling</strong>, as its new head of human resources, per a press release on Thursday.</li><li><strong>Deutsche Bank</strong> poached five wealth managers from its competitor European bank <strong>UBS</strong> to expand its Swiss-based private banking business for wealthy British and Northern European customers, <a href="https://www.reuters.com/business/moves-deutsche-bank-hires-five-senior-wealth-managers-ubs-2021-07-06/">Reuters first reported</a>. <strong>Raoul Zehnder</strong> will assume the top role on the team on October 1, joined by senior relationship managers <strong>Patrik Minuscoli</strong> and <strong>Michael von Mecklenburg</strong>, senior investment manager <strong>Philipp Portenier</strong>, and account manager <strong>Vincent Weisse</strong>.</li><li>Financial sponsors-focused managing director <strong>Timothy Lufkin</strong> is leaving <strong>Truist Securities</strong> to join <strong>Rothschild &amp; Co</strong> in the same role, <a href="https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20210706005388/en/Rothschild-Co-Hires-Timothy-Lufkin-as-Managing-Director-in-North-America">per a press release this week</a>.</li><li><strong>Robinhood</strong>'s head of content, <strong>David Moss</strong>, is moving to <strong>JPMorgan</strong> to be head of content for US wealth management, <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/jpmorgan-wealth-management-robinhood-content-marketing-investing-podcasts-newsletters-2021-7">Insider reported Tuesday</a>. Moss, who will be based in New York and report to head of content and communications for wealth management. Prior to his time at Robinhood, Moss previously worked for <strong>Goldman Sachs Marcus</strong>.</li><li><strong>Maxwell Gover</strong>, who previously lead the interactive media and communications technology practices at <strong>Wells Fargo</strong>, is moving to <strong>Oppenheimer</strong> as a managing director in global technology investment banking, <a href="https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/oppenheimer--co-inc-further-expands-technology-media-and-communications-investment-banking-group-with-appointment-of-maxwell-gover-as-managing-director-301325146.html">according to a press release</a>.</li><li><strong>Rothschild</strong> hired <strong>Timothy Lufkin</strong> as a managing director in the financial sponsors group, which is part of the firm's global advisory business, per a press release.
