Rising movie producer gets excellence award

By Sampson UnamkaFAST-RISING Nollywood producer, Oscar Ojogho was awarded for his dedication to service, human capacity building, youth development, and his selfless dedication to the production of quality movies for over 10 years.Ojogho was recently presented with an Award of Honor as the Fast rising producer in Nollywood film industry by Kinsman Redemption Pentecostal Assembly(K.M.R.P.A) on the event of the mystery of praise, a music concert and award night organized by Chris Emeka and Reverend and Pastor Mrs. U C Andy.Describing how he felt getting his first award in his career as a producer, the Abia state born said this is my first time receiving an outstanding award of excellence in ten years of my priceless effort working behind the camera as a crew member aside featuring in numerous Nollywood movies on the screen as an Actor. Getting an award as a fast-rising producer to me signifies a dream come true and I thank God for it, he said.He however encouraged aspiring producers like himself to keep on pursuing their passion, For those who have the passion to become something in their chosen careers, they should be ready to serve and diligent because Nollywood requires on-the-job training before one can become a brand. If my effort was crowned with success after 10years then there is light at the end of the tunnel for production crew members out there. It is in Nollywood that I understood that if you help orders achieve success, you will end up being successful, said Ojogho.Popularly known by his nickname sexy pm, Ojogho is an Actor, Writer, Production Manager, and a member of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) Abia State Chapter, he has worked with several top Nollywood producers and actors including Zack Orji, Seun Akindele, Solomon Akinyesi, Ebube Nwagbue, Patience Ozokwo, Ebere Okaro, Rex Nosa, Rachael Okonkwo, Joyce Kalu among others.
