It was discovered that those perpetrating this criminal acts are colluding with locals of the affected communities to uproot the rail-lines which they sell as steel to recycling companies.<br><br>AFNEWS also gathered during investigation that the first set of individuals arrested for their involvement in this heinous act were taken to the Isuikwuato police station, but were however released by the police.
