Those who break the law risk being imprisoned for ten years or fined Sh10 million.Earlier this month, Uganda's Ethics Minister Simon Lokodo said their government would spend up to Sh2.6 billion on pornography-detecting software in the next financial year.So, soon there will be no p@rn for our brothers in Uganda.
