Tevez turns golfer

CARLOS Tevez seems further away than ever from ironing out his issues with Manchester City, but the striker happily putt any personal problems aside to win a pro-am golf tournament in Argentina.The 27-year-old, who's currently AWOL from City, teamed up with top golfers Sebastian Fernandez and Andres Romero to claim the Buenos Aires Grand Prix for professionals and amateurs.When asked about Tevez's state of mind, Fernandez replied: 'He did not say anything about his problems with his club, but I was struck by the peace he had ... He plays golf very well.'Metro Sport is sure City boss Roberto Mancini and owner Sheikh Mansour will be delighted about the 'peace' their 250,000-a-week forward has found while shirking his day job back in Manchester.
