Lagos to rake in N473.6 million from 2,134 fresh LASU students

DESPITE the protests from both the students and their parents over its decision to hike school fees astronomically at the Lagos State University (LASU), the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) administration in the state is forging ahead with the policy.In fact, with the new regime of fees, the state government through LASU is expected to rake in a total of N476, 600, 000 from the 2,139 freshers it admitted for this academic session.The freshers were admitted in the seven faculties of the institution, including Arts, Education, Law, Science, Medicine (College) Social and Management Sciences.
