Okonkwo Proffers Grace As Solution To Nation's Woes

THE Presiding Bishop of The Redeemed Evangelical Mission, Dr. Mike Okonkwo, has called on Nigerians to embrace God's grace with a view to overcoming national challenges.He spoke during the commencement of the one-week 2011 Kingdom Life World Conference themed: 'Grace Grace' at the Cathedral of His Glory, TREM Headquarters, Anthony, Lagos.He said: 'If we listen to what is being said, even at the seat of power, we will realise the helplessness of our leaders who also need God to do things right.''Nigerians should hold on to His marvelous grace because it is apparent the government, Aso Rock, local governments, the state or National Assembly has no solution to the problem in the nation.'According to him, 'Men's hearts are failing them as a result of insecurity while majority are wondering the direction to take.'He said: 'What God is telling us through all these is to divert our attention unto Him alone who guarantees maximum security and look away from man who has continually failed us.
