Khan debunks rumours on Pacquiao

British boxing champion Amir Khan says he remains friends with boxing superstar Manny Pacquiao despite rumours that theres an ongoing rift between their camps.Manny was a big help, you know, bringing me back and helping me out with stuff in training. Weve trained together, Khan said on RingTV.com.He added that he even had a chat with the Filipino boxer the day before the Juan Manuel Marquez fight.I was with him in his room the day before he fought Marquez. I was having a chat with him and chilling out with him, said Khan.Khan was one of Pacquiaos training partners. They undergo training under boxing coach Freddie Roach.But rumors came out that he had a misunderstanding with Pacquiao, especially after he said that the Filipino was lucky to pull off a win over Marquez.Pacquiao and Khan are also pushing for a fight against unbeaten boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr.Everything is cool. I think that its just rumours that people make up. Me and Manny are cool, said Khan.He even stressed that he wont be pursuing a fight against Pacquiao.
