Delta's infrastructural renewal of witchhunt

When the governor of Delta State, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan, assumed office on May 29, 2007, he did promise that his administration would continue to demonstrate unflinching strength in the task of 'building of a greater Delta State without oil through peace and capacity building.'To this effect, the Governor's policy is hinged on three cardinal points - peace and security, human-capital and infrastructural development, through which he hopes to demonstrate to the people of the state and the world at large that the true face of Delta is a land of peace, stability, hospitality, friendship, investment and tourism opportunity.
