Imo Assembly recommends monarch's sack

These are clearly not the best of times for Eze Cletus Ilomuanya, the Chairman of the South East Council of Traditional Rulers, whose sack as traditional ruler was ratified by the Imo State House of Assembly.The state Assembly urged Governor Rochas Okorocha to endorse the dethronement of Ilomuanya in accordance with Section 14(1) c, d, e, of the Traditional Rulers and Autonomous Community Law No. 6 of 2006.The House, after a probe, held that it had sufficient proof that Eze Cletus Ilomuanya is an ex-convict.
