MBECL to unveil Rivers Treasureland Estate 2012

THE developer of Treasureland Estate in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State, Messrs Mainstreet Bank Estate Company Limited, (MBECL) subsidiary of Mainstreet Bank, has concluded plans to launch its newly built estate by owners in occupation by January 1, 2012, according to Mr. Charles Njoku, managing director/chief executive officer of the developing firm.Njoku, in a recent chat with the media said, infrastructural facilities to serve the estate had been completed.Strategically located at km 16 on the Port Harcourt- Aba Expressway, about five minutes drive from Eleme Junction, Treasureland Estate is as a high-end brand comprising well finished 4/5-bedroom detached houses, tastefully designed for comfort and convenience. It also offers an ideal investment opportunity, which can be used for companies' guesthouse, and for suitable rental purposes, which can possibly attract rental income of between N3-4 million annually.Treasureland provides a serene environment for quiet and comfortable family living complimented with an impressive array of facilities and services. While the road network is lined with drainage channels and walkways for pedestrians, the water and power installations had been completed, packaged with mortgage facility for subscribers from Aso Savings & Loans Plc.Built to cater for different classes of people, the different house types are Primrose (4-bedroom detached house), which attracts a price of N30 million upward and Lavender (5-bedroom detached house), which is N35 million per unit.
