Hotsports on radio set to hit airwaves

A 15-minute abridged version of HotSports, a leading sports programme on TV which is broadcast on many stations across the country, would soon make its debut.The tightly-packaged programme which will be on major radio stations will prepare the viewers for the TV edition which comes on air on Saturday afternoon.At the HotSports Brand Stakeholders' Forum organised by the company last Friday at the Sheraton Lagos Hotel, the CEO of HotSports, Taye Ige, assured that the radio programme would follow the pattern of the TV edition by delivering more value to sports enthusiasts.The forum, whose primary objective was to seek a richer programme offering that would benefit the viewing public and brand owners who desire to connect with sports enthusiasts, was graced by many notable brand custodians, who made useful contributions on how the programme would continue to delight its audience.For over one-and-a-half decades, Hotsports has ruled the Nigerian airwaves and filled the vacuum that existed in the information needs of the Nigerian sports audience.The 30-minute programme runs every Saturday on Silverbird Network (terrestrial and satellite) at 2pm and NTA Network (terrestrial) at 3:30pm.Other major network channels and stations across the country will soon be added.
