Cassava bread: Much ado about nothing

In November 2011, when the president and the agriculture minister launched the cassava bread campaign, the agricultural world greeted the new development with pleasure. President Jonathan broke the bread in front of his cabinet and vowed to eat no other type of bread but cassava bread for the rest of his tenure.
