British Open 2015: How to View Sunday's Live Leaderboard Scores, Updates

Published by Bleacher Report on Sun, 19 Jul 2015

The 2015 British Open is running behind schedule. After weather forced the second round to be delayed, golfers had to finish up their rounds on Saturday. What usually becomes a Sunday finale will now take place on Monday as the third round will be played on July 19.You can follow below for the updated leaderboard:Dustin Johnson is on the cusp yet again of winning his first major championship. Just a little over three weeks back, he let the U.S. Open slip away by three-putting the final hole on his way to a tie for second place, while Jordan Spieth won his second major of the season. After the second round, Johnson, who is at 10 under on the tournament, holds a one-stroke lead over Danny Willett going into Sunday.Tight on Johnson's heels, Willett's best finish at the British Open came in 2013 when he was tied for 15th. In the two other Opens he has competed in, Willett missed the cut.The man who beat Johnson in the U.S. Open, Spieth, has some ground to make up in his pursuit of history. He has the chance to join Ben Hogan as the only golfer ever to win the Masters, the U.S. Open and the British Open in the same calendar year.Even without the British Open, Spieth has made history, according to USOpen.com's Ron Driscoll. joining Young Tom Morris, John McDermott and Gene Sarazen to win two majors before their 22nd birthday. But Spieth starts the third round five strokes back of the lead, tied for 14th place.Spieth has shown that he can handle pressure. He's been able to do so during his last two major wins, so expect him to make a serious charge at the top spot come Monday. If he is able to shrink his deficit and maintain it at three strokes, he'll ensure another dramatic finish on an unusual championship Monday at St. Andrews.Stats courtesy of TheOpen.com
