NFL Schedule Week 2: TV Coverage Map, Start Times and Live Stream Info

Published by Bleacher Report on Sun, 20 Sep 2015

Football fans across the world adjusted back into their NFL Sunday routines last weekend. Unless setting game picks and fantasy football lineups count as work, this isn't the day for any other actual productivity.Everyone will instead gorge on hours of football throughout the afternoon, leading up to the evening's monumental NFC showdown between the Seattle Seahawks and Green Bay Packers. Who needs the Emmy Awards when two premier franchises will offer prestige television'For a breakdown of Sunday's regional TV coverage, check out Week 2's coverage map on506 Sports.Let's also take a gander at the full schedule for times and live stream availability.Note: Live streaming is also found onNFL Sunday Ticketand replays withNFL Game Passfor subscribers.Seattle Seahawks at Green Bay PackersIf the Packers don't foolishly kick two field goals at the goal line to open last year's NFC Championship Game, perhaps they make the Super Bowl. But alas, those missed opportunities enabled a late collapse, leading Seattle to win both of their head-to-head bouts this year. This rematch, however, takes on a much different feel. After playing both of those games at theraucousCenturyLink Field, the venue shifts to the mythical Lambeau Field. As noted by Pro FootballTalk's Michael David Smith, Aaron Rodgers is pretty good at home:While the Packers offense played well without Jordy Nelson, the Seahawks defense crumbled without Kam Chancellor in Week 1. Playing without Todd Gurley, Tre Mason and Brian Quick, Nick Foles still averaged 11.0 yards per pass attempt in the St. Louis Rams' 34-31 victory. Only the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Pittsburgh Steelerswho faced the New England Patriotsreceivedworse pass-coverage grades on Pro Football Focus.Per ESPN.com's Sheil Kapadia, defensive end Michael Bennett also acknowledged the hole, on and off the field, left by the star safety's absence:We miss Kam Chancellor, not just the way that he plays, but the way that he approaches the game, his leadership.Even though Kam Chancellor wasn't in the game, we had multiple chances of winning that game. I wonder, would the conversation be the same if we won the game' Would people be saying, 'Hey, they don't need Kam Chancellor'' And so it's all about the wins and losses in this league. As they look to avoid an 0-2 start, the Seahawks now must avoid regression against the run. No safety produced a higher percentage of stopson run snaps than Chancellor last year, but the Rams started third-string running back Benny Cunningham last weekend.Last year, Eddie Lucky mustered 107 combined rushing yards through both games against Seattle. For Green Bay to turn the tide on this budding rivalry, it will need a strong ground game. It will have to make do without right tackle Bryan Bulaga, who is sidelined. On the other side, the defense must containMarshawn Lynch, who ran wild for 267 and three touchdowns in their pair of games last year.Indianapolis Colts at New York JetsAfter Week 1, this Monday night clash may seem like less of a stone-cold lock. While the Indianapolis Colts try to avenge an ugly loss against the Buffalo Bills, the New York Jets come into this game having welcomed their new regime with a rout over the Cleveland Browns.Conflicting starts aside, this still has the makings of a lopsided match. Beating the Browns technically counts, but even in a 21-point victory the Jets averaged a pedestrian 5.6 yards per play to their opponent's 5.1. The Colts are a tad better than the Browns offensively. The extra day could prove monumental for Indianapolis, who remain uncertain of T.Y. Hilton's availability after injuring his knee last weekend.According to Colts.com's Kevin Bowen, head coach Chuck Pagano is hopeful T.Y. Hilton can suit up:Even if the top wide receiver plays, don't assume Darrelle Revis will shadow Hilton. Manish Mehta of the New York Daily Newspointed out the New England Patriots took a different approach with the cornerback during last year's AFC Championship Game:It worked, as Hilton finished with one catch in a 45-7 rout. Yet blanketing Andre Johnson may not be the best use of Revis' services. The 34-year-old underwhelmed during his sluggish team debut, cradling four catches for 24 yards on 10 targets. Bleacher Report's Matt Miller was not impressed:Frank Gore also didn't enjoy an inspiring start, compiling 31 yards on 10 touches. The 32-year-old didn't get a chance to get going, as Buffalo jumped to a 17-0 lead during the first half. This time around, he should offer the Colts the balance they craved upon signing him.The Jets can make a major statement by stunning the Colts on Monday night, reaching half of last year's win tally. Or, the more likely scenario, the 4-12 squad missing Sheldon Richardson falters against an explosive offense while its middling offense fails to keep up.Note: All advanced stats courtesy of Pro Football Focus.
