There's a lot going for Pep Guardiola deciding for Bayern Munich.The Spaniard has had great domestic success with Bayern Munich since taking up the post at the Allianz Arena in 2013 following hissabbaticalafter parting ways with Barcelona.But despite winning back-to-back German titles, he has been unable to add to the two Champions Leagues he won as manager at the Camp Nou.Of course, that may all change in 2015-16, but it could have some bearing on whether he eventually opts to stay on at Bayern.Manchester City have been consistently linked with wanting to hire the 44-year-old as their next manager to succeed Manuel Pellegrini, per John Richardson of theExpress.Having succeeded in La Liga and the Bundesliga, Guardiola may well wish to try his luck in the Premier League.Bayern will undoubtedly be eager to tie Guardiola to an extended contract, as he is one of the best managers in the world and has built an impressive side in Munich.However, given that he would likelyreceivenumerous offers from Europe's top clubs should he quit the Allianz Arena in the summer, Bayern may have to present him with some very attractive terms to persuade Guardiola to stay on.
