Nigerite, UNILAG training scheme

AS part of its Social Corporate Responsibility (CSR), Messrs Nigerite Limited, manufacturers of NIT fibre cement roofing and ceiling sheets, has kick-started a training programme for up coming architects towards equipping them with practical knowledge of installing dry construction system.The programme, 'Youth Our Future' was organized in collaboration with University of Lagos (UNILAG) was held recently at the company's head office in Lagos.Speaking at the training, Mr. Jesse Onovre, an architect, who is also the Sale Manager, Nigerite Limited, the initiative is to sensitise young architects in schools on the process of how to achieve a cleaner environment through dry construction system.Another contributor, Mr. Andrew Akinnubi, a lecturer, architectural department, University of Lagos, commended the gesture from Nigerite for its consistent innovation and involvement in the activities of the architecture faculty of the university.
