Joe Biden just officiated his first wedding ' a same-sex union of two White House staffers

US Vice President Joe Biden officiated his first-ever wedding on Monday, for two White House staffers.Bidenmarried Brian Mosteller and Joe Mahshiein the living room of his home at the US Naval Observatory in Washington. Mosteller is the director of Oval Office Operations for President Obama, and Mahshie is a trip coordinator for the First Lady, according to CNN.Biden obtained a temporary certification from the District of Columbia to preside over the ceremony. Afterward, he took to Twitter to share his congratulations.Proud to marry Brian and Joe at my house.
