Borussia Dortmund Complete Capture of Germany U21 Star Jeremy Toljan From Hoffenheim

Borussia Dortmund have officially completed the signing of Germany Under-21 international and Olympic silver medalist Jeremy Toljan from Bundesliga rivals Hoffenheim.
