Jonathan, admits, politics making govt inactive

President Goodluck Jonathan, yesterday told a gathering of top government functionaries and the organised private sector, that over- politicisation of critical national issues, was slowing down governments preferred pace of action.Specifically, Jonathan said one of the major challenges his administration was facing at the moment, was the effort in some quarters, to politicise and frustrate governments good plans to transform the nation.The President was speaking during a Presidential dialogue at the ongoing 17th Nigerian Economic Summit (NES17) where some panelists endorsed Nigeria, as an investment haven, even in the face of prevailing security and infrastructural challenges.
