Graphics & Symbols
The graphics and animations in the game naturally bear the stamp of the machines age and are therefore quite simple, and therefore cannot be compared with todays online slot machines. However, this does nothing, and I personally just find this charming.
The game has a purple background where we can see a rainbow, and as usual we find the playing cards A, K, Q, J and 10 as symbols on the reels. The other symbols we will notice is the Rainbow Riches logo as this gives us a payout of 12.5 times the bet for 5 such symbols along a payline.
You also have the gold coin symbol which is the games wild, and this basically means that it acts as a substitute for all other symbols in the game - but not the scatters (more on these later). The wild symbol is the most lucrative in the game and if you get 5 of these along a line, you walk away with a win equivalent to 25 times the bet.
Road to Riches Bonus
As I said, there are three different bonus features in place in this slot, and the first one Ill cover is the Road to Riches feature. You activate this when you get three or more gnome bonus symbols on the reels. These can end up in any position and do not have to follow any payline. You simply press start to spin the wheel which will tell you how many steps up the winning ladder you will be allowed to take.
You will continue to spin the wheel until it stops at Collect or until you reach the top of the ladder.
Wishing Well Bonus
