The No Kings marches and rallies were also held to protest against Trump's military parade in Washington, D.C.Masses of demonstrators packed into streets, parks and plazas across the United States, with protesters marching through downtowns and small towns, blaring anti-authoritarian chants mixed with support for protecting democracy and immigrant rights.<img src="https://www.lindaikejisblog.com/photos/shares/04ddd4e0-4955-11f0-8d35-db6aa603eef9.jpg_1750002491.webp"><img src="https://www.lindaikejisblog.com/photos/shares/images (1)_1750002491.jpeg">Organizers of theNo Kings demonstrationssaid millions had marched in hundreds of events.Huge, boisterous crowds marched, danced, drummed, and chanted shoulder-to-shoulder in New York, Denver, Chicago, Austin and Los Angeles, some behind no kings banners.<img src="https://www.lindaikejisblog.com/photos/shares/download (1)_1750002516.webp"><img src="https://www.lindaikejisblog.com/photos/shares/download_1750002517.webp">In spite of the protests, Donald Trump presided over a military parade on June 14 in Washington, D.C., honoring the U.S. Armys 250th anniversary.
