Norwegian Women Reveal How Much A Man Should Spend On A Date (Photos, Video)

<blockquote>A young man took to a beach near Oslo, Norway, to ask local women a seemingly simple question: How much should a man spend on a date' But their honest answers have sparked quite the conversation onlineand may challenge some long-held beliefs, especially in cultures where men are expected to cover all expenses.<br><br>The first lady, who goes by the name Vilde, said she doesn't expect a man to spend any money at all. Instead, what she values most is a man's time and a bit of thoughtful planning.<br><br>When asked if she believes in splitting the bill 50/50, she responded without hesitation:<br>Yes, I actually prefer that because then there's nothing expected between the lines.<br><br>The interviewer then probed further, asking:<br>Oh, so you don't think the guy should be responsible for paying the bill, especially if hes the one who asked you out'<br>To this, Vilde replied firmly:<br>No! She explained that she supports splitting the bills in both dating and relationships because that's how she believes it should be.<br><br>The second lady, Henrietta, shared the same perspective. She agreed completely with Vilde and added that she also prefers splitting the bill and has no problem with it whatsoever.<br><br>When asked if she would expect the man to take her to a fancy restaurant, she replied:<br>No, I dont. As long as were having fun, thats what really matters.<br>Henrietta also emphasized that shes comfortable with the idea of splitting expenses throughout the relationship.<br><br>These responses offer a glimpse into the mindset of many Norwegian womenone that prioritizes shared financial responsibility and simplicity over traditional expectations.<br><br>In some parts of the world, particularly across Africa, it's widely acceptedeven expectedthat men bear the full financial burden in relationships. Whether its a romantic date, marriage, or even a casual outing, the man often foots the bill without question.
